America's General Exhorts Us to Engage the Battle that Must Be Won
The Gathering of Sovereigns, Part 3;
Carter Page is well positioned to go down in modern world history as perhaps the single-most important, and greatest, force multiplier we've ever seen.
It shouldn’t be a surprise that it may take quite a few paragraphs to explain why. At its conclusion the story will not be detailed fully. It’s far too large for that, far too complicated for that. But it’s rooted in a simplicity: God-given inalienable rights win the day.
In a battle with the criminal syndicate of syndicates, God-given inalienable rights win the day.
Providence demands it.
All of it revolves around First Sovereigns playing our adversaries’ game better than even our adversary of adversaries could.
In my eclectic ramblings on the worldwide library that is the Internet I've read somewhere online, so it must be true (correct?), that the Chinese Communist Party's military is given credit for inventing the concept of lawfare. This concept describes the use of law, and legal process, as a weapon of war.
Naturally, their leftwing American allies took that concept and used it with no shame whatsoever to effectively control our social, cultural and political narrative for decades. This lawfare activism was put on full display during the Trump Administration. With the requisite . . . well, what should we call them – hapless Charlie Brown Republicans? – yes, a crowd of misfits feigning frustration at those supposedly brilliant (meaning: highly paid, and highly incestuous) lawyers and judges thwarting the will of the people.
Until, that is, Donald Trump, Michael Flynn, and Mike Pompeo (among others) came along.
A Commander-in-Chief draws enormous attention.
Likewise, the Director of America's National Security Agency.
Without question, anyone who is a West Point graduate appointed to head the CIA who later is moved over to run the State Department – two departments known to be antagonistic (among other deficiencies) to American exceptionalism, all within one presidential administration – well, that person will surely draw tremendous scrutiny.
But . . . Carter Page?
An unassuming, single, stereotypical White American Male of the nerdacious variety quite easily, and mercilessly, caricatured by the mainstream media of today?
They never, ever, saw him – the real him – coming.
Until it was too damn late.
They were concerned, to be sure. As they mistakenly did with President Trump, he was severely underestimated.
Most Americans, even now, have no clue what this man, this Naval Academy graduate -- Digital Army Foot Soldier Number One -- pulled off.
How was this done? Hell, what was done !?!
IRREGULAR WARFARE TO FREE THE OPPRESSED
“The Human Domain is the totality of the physical, cultural, and social environments that influence human behavior to the extent that success of any military operation or campaign depends on the application of unique capabilities that are designed to fight and win population-centric conflicts.
Special Operations, Whitepaper, undated, U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
Here’s an unsupported assertion I won’t dwell upon today but it informs my article: so-called “science” has been skillfully utilized to oppress the First Sovereigns of America – her citizens. Because I appreciate the Art of Word Warfare, I’ve chosen use of the phrase “first sovereigns” to drive home the uniqueness of America and remind many who may have casually forgotten: we are not subjects in this country, and we bow to no one in this earthly realm.
That’s a shout-out to the bloated military-industrial-technological overlords who dare to talk yang to average Americans everywhere. Most of these modern-day politicized professionals, medical and legal and others, may be skilled in the practice of art . . . but they certainly don’t appear to be skilled in the practice of science.
When I was in college, few books stuck with me. To this day, it can be quite hard for me to regurgitate specific details of something I’ve read. What I tend to remember is whether I liked a book or movie, or whether I thought something was particularly important or entertaining, etc., specifics be damned. Thomas Kuhn, in The Structure of Scientific Revolutions (case in point: I originally wrote The Structure of Scientific Thought) impressed me as an important book.
A very important book.
Science is not something that’s “settled,” only our apparent understanding of this rock we appear to inhabit while it’s hurtling through . . . eternity. For me, what registered down through the years was something along the lines of a sentence I recently read about Kuhn: scientists can never truly understand the “real world” or even each other.
That’s a glorious acknowledgment that we’re all fallible human beings, including those learned in some field of specialty or presumed specialty. Something the health care industry and medical doctors, in particular, need to embrace now more than ever.
RELATIONSHIP OF KUHN TO TRUMP AND SPECIAL FORCES
The term “anomaly” played a crucial role in Thomas Kuhn’s characterization of scientific progress. For Kuhn, an anomaly was a puzzle challenging an accepted paradigm, what might be termed a “settled” science. Puzzles only achieve anomalous status once an alternative paradigm becomes available allowing for explanation of the puzzle.
Donald Trump is a Kuhnian anomaly, a puzzle presented by Providence for this moment in human history. None of the existing paradigms, whether social or cultural or political, etc., are applicable to him. Because the game he is playing is different from that of all others.
This is why they hate him so much, and it’s also why irregular warfare is perfect for him. It’s why the Green Berets approach appeals to him, and why it appealed to John F. Kennedy.
And . . . Carter Page.
For my purposes today, everyone is assumed to know and understand that Michael Flynn offered himself up as a necessary sacrifice in the war to take down the criminal syndicate of syndicates. That said, I served as an enlisted member in the United States Army and I know damn well it’s the enlisted members and non-commissioned officers who do the real hard work that must be done.
Dainty or dirty, for the job to be ultimately done, to be enforced and completed, you need a grunt on the ground to serve as the Tip of the Spear.
Donald Trump announced Carter Page as Digital Army Foot Soldier Number One (officially, he was merely identified as a foreign policy adviser) for his campaign on March 21, 2016. Prior to that, in my highly, highly speculative conjuring of events from the 2015 Donald Trump War Cabinet and the 2015 Michael Flynn War Cabinet, both groups knew they had in Flynn a military man at the top to handle operational matters and personal sacrifice.
However, they needed to pair him up with a grunt. They needed an unknown man for a very special mission with global implications.
This man would have to be an Average Joe type, but worldly. He’d have to be business savvy, and politically astute. A man unlikely to fall for the okie doke. A man with military bearing.
*This* kind of man.
A JFK quote for the Naval Academy graduate that rings especially loud and clear today.
BUT WHAT THE HELL DID HE *DO,* MAN !?!
Before he became known to the general public, he answered the call of his country numerous unknown times as an Intelligence Community asset. For my purpose today, by helping bust up a Russian spy ring operating in the United States during the Obama Administration.
Nevertheless, the Obama Administration FBI obtained America’s most invasive level of electronic surveillance ever created by statute to permit spying on American citizens by telling the extraordinary Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that not just any American citizen was an active Intelligence Asset for the Russian Federation but *this* American citizen, who just a few years before aided in destroying a Russian Intelligence ring, was a foreign asset.
Carter Page in his role as the unassailable man presented the perfect profile capable of saying to average Americans everywhere: if they will slime THIS patriot, they are capable of doing anything under the sun and no lie is too beyond the pale for them.
In successfully baiting them to do so, Carter Page created a spider web not only exposing total corruption but ENSNARING wrongdoers and, in doing so, became the central figure in the ObamaGate / SpyGate / Foreign Interference scandal, thereby making what seems like every downstream prosecution possible in some way, shape or form.
What do I mean by this? Settle in, and give this due consideration.
CARTER PAGE, WORLDWIDE RICO PREDICATE
United States Attorneys are responsible for coordinating multi-agency investigations which involve federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. Regionally assigned, the United States Attorney is responsible for a wide variety of prosecutions consistent with the priorities set by the Attorney General of the United States and exercises exceedingly wide discretion in the use of federal resources.
Multi-agency investigations? Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies? Perhaps even international law enforcement agencies?
Remember my earlier discussion about lawfare?
What if I told you the 2015 War Cabinets devised a lawfare Jiu-Jitsu to act as the lead element in their 21st Century irregular warfare effort. An effort designed to bring down a worldwide criminal syndicate of syndicates?
What if I told you that effort utilized one man to be the unassuming yet lethal Tip of the Spear?
What if I told you that individual was mandated to play the role of hapless victim, a modern Br'er Rabbit.
What if I told you it was necessary for that individual to prime the pump, so to speak, allowing an incredibly wide array of individuals to incriminate themselves?
Yes, yes, yes: America, meet that trickster of tricksters – Carter Freaking Br’er Rabbit Page!
Now that introductions are over, think back on just how seamlessly and efficiently the Trump Administration did their real work by operating in the shadows while simultaneously putting much of the needed information in your face. In plain view.
Do you remember how much effort and focus Donald Trump put on our need to go back to the rule of law? Do you remember how insistent Bill Barr was on the need for a proper PREDICATE for there to be an investigative effort with legitimacy.
Predicates (or, the lack thereof) and timelines are going to hang the criminal syndicate of syndicates that targeted Donald Trump. And Carter Page will figuratively be their executioner. In the “predicate” article I linked above Bill Barr dropped some bigtime bombs (and remember when you read this May 9, 2020 article — because timelines and reveals are very important, correct Brian Cates? — John Durham had been steady on the case, working in the shadows, unbeknownst to all, since 2017):
Barr laid out how there was no legitimate investigative predicate to go after Flynn, that indeed prior to January 4, 2017, the Crossfire Razor investigation was being closed. Yet, after a meeting on Jan. 5, that included Barack Obama, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, FBI Director James Comey, suddenly it came back online to interview Michael Flynn to try to catch him in a “perjury trap.”
Barr hinted that there might be more coming on that because he noted that U.S. Attorney John Durham was looking into “the whole pattern of conduct.”
That is part of John Durham, U.S. Attorney John Durham’s portfolio. The reason we had to take this action now and why U.S. Attorney Jeff Jensen came in was because it was prompted by the motions that were filed in that case. And so we had to sorta move more quickly on it. But John Durham is still looking at all of this.
This is one particular episode, but we view it as part of a number of related acts. And we’re looking at the whole pattern of conduct. [….]
Well, you know, I don’t wanna, you know, we’re in the middle of looking at all of this. John Durham’s investigation, and U.S. Attorney Jensen, I’m gonna ask him to do some more work on different items as well. And I’m gonna wait till all the evidence is, and I get their recommendations as to what they found and how serious it is.
But the Flynn comments weren’t the only interesting part of his interview with Herridge.
As he said, he’s looking at the “whole pattern of conduct.”
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm . . . .
No legitimate investigative predicate.
Crossfire Razor investigation was being closed (meaning, large elements of the Department had done – and were doing – their job properly) yet leadership circa January 4, 2017 kept it open.
Perjury trap.
Whole pattern of conduct.
Durham.
Jensen.
By now you certainly should be thinking what I am most definitely thinking: Barr is telling the world, in case anyone is interested, we’re engaged in a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) investigation.
But many, many people think such an investigation begins with the outrageous conduct inflicted upon Michael Flynn. No, no, no. It starts, as he knew it would, with Carter Page.
And Donald Trump went directly into the belly of the beast to set the trap.
Remember my earlier comment that Carter Page joined the Trump for President campaign around March 21, 2016? Trump announced this to the world via the Washington Post. Take a look at this transcript from the 2016 election cycle of Donald Trump’s meeting with The Washington Post editorial board on March 21, 2016. I just love how our very stable genius operates:
RYAN: Thank you… We’ve heard you’re going to be announcing your foreign policy team shortly… Any you can share with us?
TRUMP: Well, I hadn’t thought of doing it, but if you want I can give you some of the names… Walid Phares, who you probably know, PhD, adviser to the House of Representatives caucus, and counter-terrorism expert; Carter Page, PhD; George Papadopoulos, he’s an energy and oil consultant, excellent guy; the Honorable Joe Schmitz, [former] inspector general at the Department of Defense; [retired] Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg; and I have quite a few more. But that’s a group of some of the people that we are dealing with. We have many other people in different aspects of what we do, but that’s a representative group.
Now take a look at a very telling 2018 write-up by Just Security of a Carter Page timeline (just so you know, Asha Rangappa is listed as an editor there and Jake Sullivan is a former Advisory Board member); when you read their March 21, 2016 entry, you see this comment:
“[H]ow strange a choice this was.”
Yeah, buddy. Irresistible bait can be strange as hell, can’t it?
So strange they could not resist violating not only the constitution and extraordinarily strict statutory limitations to illegally spy on this “what the hell is Trump up to, guy.” Do yourself a favor and read that Just Security timeline on Carter Page in its entirety. They wrote that nonsense while unquestionably knowing Carter Page worked as an Intelligence Community asset taking down a Russian spy ring. But, he was playing on the wrong team apparently (Defense Intelligence Agency) and the “right” team (Central Intelligence Agency) saw an opportunity to inflict punishment on the “wrong-thinking” crowd.
It seems the DIA acted as Br’er Rabbit to the CIA’s Br’er Fox; ain’t that something?
THE BOTTOM BITCH PREY TAKE THE (CARTER PAGE) BAIT
I’ve written before of the Bottom Bitches who are perfectly content to sell us out and enslave us all for dollar dollar bills, y’all. That writing contemplated functionaries doing the bidding for top governmental executives. I may have to do another writing sometime about the criminal syndicate of syndicates.
Know this, however. Ordinarily, it has to be one hell of a syndicate to render the President of the United States a Bottom Bitch. More importantly for me, it takes one hell of an operation to expose said Bottom Bitches who ultimately don’t understand this country and have no fidelity to the constitution.
Speaking of fidelity to the ultimate law of the land, on September 25, 2016 Carter Page sent a cease and desist letter directly to Jim Comey at the FBI. Page stated in the letter that he had a decades’ long record of interactions with the CIA and FBI. This was consistent with the prior CIA reports provided to the FBI involving Page, which established that he had such a record. Comey received this letter and distributed it to the Crossfire Hurricane team, including its supervisor Peter Strzok.
Clearly, that cease and desist letter was an in-your-face notice targeted DIRECTLY at a range of wrongdoers. Can you see how strategically important that letter was? If not, allow me to conjure up an assist.
The cease and desist letter from Digital Army Foot Soldier Number One accomplished a range of “win the war” goals, such as:
[1] It put on public notice the possibility if not the probability that the jig was up, bitches.
[2] It announced to the Intelligence Community world, and the FBI, if not the general public, that this Carter Page character y'all are clowning is no one's victim.
[3] It not only raised the likelihood Page was nothing of the victimized sort and, in fact, it screamed the possibility if not the probability that this individual had -- Uh, oh! --trapped the perpetrators on a cul-de-sac from which there was no escape.
[4] For anyone skilled in the art of prosecution, that cease and desist letter from Carter Page made it very clear not only that this man meant business but that he was also establishing a documented record allowing for the building of a solid foundation, the kind of solid foundational predicate needed to sustain a criminal prosecution.
Michael Flynn was intimately involved. Jeff Sessions was intimately involved. And it was all done *prior* to Donald Trump winning the election.
Interestingly, John Carlin announced his resignation on September 27, 2016 – just two days *after* that cease and desist letter arrived to rock the Obama Administration DOJ.
Carlin was an Assistant Attorney General and head of the DOJ’s incredibly important National Security Division (NSD). Carlin had been named Acting Assistant Attorney General in March 2013 and was confirmed in the Spring of 2014. He formally left the NSD on October 15, 2016.
Digital Army Foot Soldier Number One had bagged his first prey, like a damn good Special Forces Soldier and quiet professional, while operating (as far as I’m concerned) behind enemy lines and under extreme surveillance.
Think about that.
Also, think of what it meant going forward. To do that, we have to go back in time prior to the November 2016 presidential election. The War Cabinets had already not only surreptitiously engaged the battle (personally, I’m convinced they had a plan to bring us where we are right now even if that election had been stolen from Trump) but had secured a major victory over an entirely overconfident foe.
LINKAGE TO THE MICHAEL SUSSMANN INDICTMENT
Now, legally, think about this. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) applications targeting Page during the Obama Administration required the approval of top members of the FBI, the DOJ, and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
Further, plausible deniability be damned, it likely required approval from the White House itself.
Meaning: Barack Hussein Obama.
Every single one of the Obama Administration officials were duty-bound to not merely be functionary robots but to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. They owed that duty to Carter Page and the too-clever-by-half bad faith Russia Russia Russia! laughably absurd nonsense will never save them in a RICO prosecution.
So, the October 2016 FISA application and January 2017 FISA renewal were both approved by then-FBI Director James Comey and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates. The cease and desist letter of September 25, 2016 to Comey categorically denied that Page had the claimed communications with the Russian individuals floating around in the media via Hillary Clinton opposition research dirty tricks. The letter also strategically documented his previous cooperation with the CIA and the FBI to combat Russian spying.
These categorical denials by Page contradicted a Hillary Clinton operative (Christopher Steele) and were not investigated by the FBI in accordance with its own manuals and procedures. In a later lawsuit by Carter Page, he claimed the FBI disregarded its procedures in a particularly egregious manner because the FBI knew that Christopher Steele:
(a) was being paid to provide political “opposition research” on this topic;
(b) was essentially the exclusive source of information supporting probable cause for the FISA warrant applications against him, and
(c) elements within the CIA had warned elements within the FBI of a potential political scheme involving false reporting of collaboration between the Trump campaign and Russians.
CONCLUSION
I need to close this out; there is much, much more to the Carter Page story and I may delve into it more at a later date. Before concluding, however, I’d like to draw your attention to a very interesting factoid about the Michael Sussmann indictment recently filed by Special Counsel John Durham.
A search of the text reveals no mention of Carter Page, the unsubstantiated rumors used to initiate all kinds of illegal spying, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act applications that were used to extend all of that spying into the days of the Trump Administration, nor the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that authorized it.
Yet Carter Page was the lynchpin used to engage all manner of these spying illegalities, Carter Page was the man at the outset calling attention to the wrongdoing, Carter Page was the man demanding his constitutional protections be respected, Carter Page, Carter Page, Carter Page.
Which means what, exactly?
As I wrap this up, a quick reminder on the centrality of Carter Page in that indictment of Michael Sussmann. I’ll use a fantastic write-up from Jeff Carlson and Hans Mahncke, Details in Michael Sussmann’s Indictment Reveal Conspiracy Against Trump, to stoke your memory:
The FBI would open an investigation into Sussmann’s claims on Alfa Bank on Sept. 21, 2016. Two days later, on Sept. 23, Strzok was provided with expert analysis that proved that Sussmann’s Alfa server allegations were false.
During this same period, Steele was meeting with members of the media, including The New York Times and The Washington Post, at the direction of Simpson.
Steele would also meet with Yahoo News’ Isikoff, leading to Isikoff’s Sept. 23, 2016, article on Page, which would later be used by the FBI to corroborate the Steele dossier in its FISA application on Page.
Publication of the Alfa Bank Allegations
In addition to Steele’s meetings with various media organizations, Steele was also promoting the manufactured Alfa Bank allegations to various government officials, including Bruce Ohr, then an associate deputy attorney general, and Kathleen Kavalec, then-deputy assistant secretary for European and Eurasian affairs.
Immediately upon the publication of Isikoff’s Sep. 23, 2016, article, the Clinton campaign released a statement touting Isikoff’s “bombshell report” with Isikoff’s full article attached.
On the same day as Isikoff’s article, Politico published an article about Carter Page written by Julia Ioffe, who referenced the efforts of Fusion GPS, noting that “there were these corporate investigators who drew a dark and complex web of Page’s connections.” Ioffe’s article also mentioned “rumors regarding Alfa Bank.”
Hmmmmmmmmmmm . . . .
CARTER PAGE, FORCE MULTIPLIER
Remember that March 21, 2016 transcript with the Washington Post editorial board where Trump announced the addition of Carter Page to his team as a foreign policy adviser? Remember that September 25, 2016 cease and desist letter from Carter Page? Remember John Carlin’s resignation on September 27, 2016 ???
Carter Page absolutely rocked their world.
Something of a seven-course-meal version of a very serious and consequential reckoning is coming, ladies and gentlemen, and John Durham has merely served up light drinks and a small, a very small course of appetizers.
Have no doubt, the good stuff is on the way. President Trump recently sent a Bat Signal essentially saying just that. Have a look-see for yourself. Then, if you haven’t heard what 45 said in the brief snippet being referenced, click this link or find the audio online. It has to be all over the place given its importance.
Faith, patience, and vigilance.
The best is yet to come . . . because *nothing* can stop what *is* most definitely coming.
Thank you, Carter Page. A grateful nation will sing your praises for generations to come.

Excellent close analysis, fun prose, and spot on.
